In all honesty, Neil Spring’s ‘The Watchers’ is a true tale of two halves. Starting off strong with good pacing that establishes the lead characters nicely, it reaches a point about half-way where the many plot details start to smother the narrative, and any incentive to care for the character’s predicament goes out the window.
